Buena Family Manor is a land-lease community.  Tenants own their homes and pay a monthly
lot rental in return for the following services:

Water
Sewer
Taxes
Night Lights
Weekly Trash Collection
Plowing/Maintenance of Roads

3.  Are there any rental homes at Buena Family Manor?
No, there are no homes for rent at Buena Family Manor.


4. As a homeowner, what are my responsibilities?
Homeowners are responsible for their own
utilities, including electric, propane, and telephone/television/internet.
Comcast and satellite tv are both available at Buena Family Manor.  Homeowners are also
responsible for the maintenance of their own lots as well as the maintenance of
their homes.

5. Are pets allowed?
No dogs are allowed. We welcome
indoor pets, including cats, birds, and fish.

6. Is financing available?
Financing is available for new homes being sold by Buena Family Manor.
Financing may be available for older homes depending on their age and price.

7. Do I  pay property tax as well as land rent?
No, property taxes are paid by 
Buena Family Manor and are included in the rent.
